Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Deep brilliant ruby red
Red fruit and berries with a hint of vanilla.
Full bodied, wooded wine and well balanced.
The Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon were made separately and blended just prior to bottling. Both varieties went through the mevushal process prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. French oak was used for 7 months in the Cabernet Sauvignon and a combination of French and American oak for 7 months in the Merlot. The blend is 62% Merlot and 38% Cabernet sauvignon
Will complement a wide range of dishes, especially red meat, stews and chicken.

Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Very light straw with a slight green hue
Forthcoming grassy and tropical fruit flavours.
This dry unwooded wine has a crisp acidity
with a well rounded fruity mid-palate.
After destalking and crushing of the grapes the juice was mevushal and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for two months, racked and filtered prior to bottling.
Will complement fish and chicken dishes.
